By commissioning my services, you agree that @Miyu_Dibujando/MiyuMNArtCommissions retains all intellectual property and copyrights. You are not allowed to edit, filter, or alter the final artwork without prior consent.
Work will begin once 100% of the payment is received. The delivery countdown starts from that moment.
2 rounds of revisions are included during the sketching phase. Any major changes (e.g., changing the entire pose, outfit, or character) once the lineart or coloring is finished will incur an additional $10 fee.
Estimated turnaround time: 3 days for a single emote; 1 to 2 weeks for other products, depending on complexity and quantity.
The delivery deadline will be paused if the client fails to respond to revisions for more than 72 hours.
Turnaround times are based on calendar days (including Saturdays and Sundays).
Payment methods: Mercado Pago (MXN for Mexico), Stripe (USD), Global 66 (as an alternative USD), or PayPal (USD).
If the artist cancels: A 100% refund will be issued (minus platform transaction fees).
If the client cancels:
✿ Before starting the sketch: 100% refund. (minus platform transaction fees).
✿ During the sketching phase: 50% refund (minus platform transaction fees).
✿ Once lineart, coloring, or final delivery has started: No refunds.
Personal Use: The client has the right to use the image for personal purposes (social media, wallpapers, home printing).
By commissioning, you agree to give credit to the artist (@Miyu_Dibujando) when posting the artwork.
The use of the artwork for AI training models or NFT sales is strictly prohibited.
The artist reserves the right to post the artwork in their portfolio or social media for self-promotion (if it is a surprise gift, the client must notify the artist to postpone publication).
The artist reserves the right to decline any commission they do not feel comfortable performing.
The final product is a digital PNG file (with or without background). No physical product will be shipped. Delivery will be made via the social media platform used for contact, email, or both. Emotes are delivered in standard Twitch/Discord sizes (112x112, 56x56, 28x28 px) and the original 500x500 px size.
